How To Get Started


In order to assist you, we must have payment and your documents and a signed retainer agreement 3 business days prior to any deadline, so you must contact us immediately!

Before we can start on your case. we need the following Information:

  • New Client Submission Form (Download here)

  • Your court documents / arbitration claim / other lawsuit documents

  • Payment by:

    • Global Client Solutions Special Purpose Account (SPA)

    • Credit Card

    • Check – this will be processed electronically. You must provide us with your account information and a copy of a valid driver's license.

    • Money order– must be overnighted (call 888-367-5252)

  • After we receive this information we will send you a Limited Retainer Agreement. You must sign and return the Limited Retainer Agreement before we can start working on your case. The Retainer must be signed by ALL defendants named in your Complaint/Arbitration Claim, so if your spouse is named also, he/she must also sign the Retainer.
