
Talking to the Attorney
Once you have filled out all the paperwork, you must call to schedule your telephone consultation with the attorney.
Attorneys are generally available from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, in your jurisdiction- many can schedule appointments.
- Be sure to have pen and paper ready when you speak with the attorney. Write down the answers to your questions as well as any pertinent information the attorney provides so that you will not need to rely on memory.
- The attorney will review your Complaint/Arbitration Claim, answer any questions you may have about the matter, and prepare an Answer/Arbitration Response for you to file (if appropriate).
- The completed documents will be sent to you by the method you indicate on your Submission form (e-mail, fax, or commercial delivery).
- Filing instructions are included with your documents. Please be advised that the attorney will not go to court with you.
